How to redeem Wonder Mail passwords
- From the game’s main menu, select Wonder Mail.
- Enter the eight-character password exactly as shown.
- Claim the associated items or take on the special rescue mission. Some rewards require further gameplay progress; a Pokémon named in a mission reward may not join immediately.
Nintendo says each password can be redeemed only once. Its page also notes that some rewards depend on gameplay progress. Nintendo UK’s game page and the official Pokémon Japan Wonder Mail page describe passwords as a way to obtain useful items or special rescue missions.
