The Pokémon TCG: Blooming Waters Premium Collection released in the United States on February 7, 2025, with a reported $59.99 US MSRP. It includes 12 booster packs, four foil cards featuring Kanto starters, an oversized Blastoise ex card, and a Pokémon TCG Live code card. Because the release is historical, check current listings rather than assuming the original price or stock still applies.
Release date
The Blooming Waters Premium Collection launched in the United States on February 7, 2025, according to ICv2’s retailer calendar and the product report from PokeGuardian. It is a past release, not an upcoming product date.
Cards and box contents
The collection centers on Venusaur, Blastoise, and their earlier forms. Its reported contents are:
- 1 foil Venusaur ex card
- 1 foil Blastoise ex card
- 1 foil Bulbasaur card
- 1 foil Squirtle card
- 1 oversized foil Blastoise ex card
- 12 Pokémon TCG booster packs
- 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card
The four regular-size foil cards and the oversized Blastoise ex are separate inclusions. The oversized card is intended as a display collectible; confirm a sleeve or protector’s dimensions before buying one. The contents are reported by PokeGuardian and are also listed by Ship TCG.

- The Pokémon TCG: Charizard ex Super-Premium Collection includes 1 foil promo card featuring Charizard ex and 2 foil cards featuring Charmander and Charmeleon
- This also comes with a 1 card-display figure featuring Charizard and 10 Pokémon TCG booster packs.
- You will also receive a code card for Pokémon TCG Live
A secondary encyclopedia entry describes the regular-size cards as reprints from Scarlet & Violet—151 and the oversized Blastoise ex as exclusive to this product. That distinction is secondary-source information, rather than a product-specific official checklist: SNKRDUNK Magazine.
Price and MSRP
PokeGuardian reported a US MSRP of $59.99 when it updated its product report with the official MSRP in 2025. Treat that as a historical reference, not a guaranteed current retail price. Resale listings can be much higher, and asking prices do not establish a market-wide average.

- The Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Booster Bundle comes with six booster packs from Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration.
- There are a host of treasures to find and secrets to reveal in the Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration.
- This is a great item to start collecting cards from the 30th Celebration collection.
For example, Ship TCG’s listing showed $209.10 and sold out when it was indexed about two weeks before October 8, 2026. That is one seller’s listing observation, not a current universal price or proof of availability elsewhere. Check the listing itself for changes.

Check Pokémon Center and participating retailers that sell Pokémon TCG products, then compare the complete checkout cost. Pokémon’s availability guidance directs buyers to those channels, but its March 27, 2025 statement about reprinted products reaching retailers did not specifically confirm a Blooming Waters reprint or restock. See Pokémon’s availability update for that general guidance.
