How to redeem a Pokémon TCG Pocket gift code
- Open the official Pokémon TCG Pocket Gift Code page.
- Enter your game Support ID and the gift code in the corresponding fields. Check the Support ID carefully; a wrong ID can prevent the reward from reaching the intended account.
- Submit the form and follow any confirmation shown on the page.
- Open Pokémon TCG Pocket and check the Gifts screen for the reward. Delivery may not be immediate; if it is missing, check again later and look in the Claimed tab.
Pokémon Support confirms that gift codes cannot be redeemed from within the app. The website accepts the code, while the app is where the resulting gift is delivered and collected.
Are there active Pokémon TCG Pocket gift codes?
Pokémon Support says gift codes are distributed through campaigns, but it does not individually provide details about those campaigns. The official help material reviewed does not list currently active codes or rewards. That means a code appearing on a third-party list is not confirmed as valid just because it is formatted correctly.
Before relying on a code, look for an official campaign announcement that identifies the code and its region, reward, and expiry. Availability can be limited by campaign, account, and validity period. The official redemption page is for submitting a code; its existence does not establish that any particular code is active.

Why a gift code may not work
A rejected code is not necessarily a typing mistake. Pokémon Support identifies several possible causes:
- Incorrect code or Support ID: Recheck both fields, including characters that look alike.
- The code was already used: Codes may be single-use.
- A redemption limit was reached: A campaign or account may have a limit.
- The code is not valid yet or has expired: Some codes have a defined validity window.
- A system error occurred: A temporary issue can interrupt redemption.
Check the characters carefully
The official Gift Code page says codes do not use the letters O, I, Z, A, E, or U. Pokémon Support describes accepted code characters as uppercase letters and digits. If a character appears to be one of the excluded letters, compare it with the original campaign source rather than guessing.
If redemption succeeds but the gift is missing
Allow time for delivery, then open the in-game Gifts screen and check both current gifts and the Claimed tab. Pokémon Support specifically advises checking Gifts when a reward does not appear immediately.

Pokémon TCG Pocket gift codes are entered through Pocket’s dedicated web form and deliver a digital gift to the Pocket account. Do not confuse them with Pokémon TCG Live code cards or codes for other Pokémon products; those are not a substitute for a Pocket gift code.
