Pokémon has officially announced Deluxe Pack: Mega for Pokémon TCG Pocket: its packs contain four cards and guarantee one Pokémon ex. Official Pocket news also points to a new series arriving in October 2026, but the available announcements do not confirm the wider set of packs, cards, mechanics, or features that may be circulating in leak claims.
What Pokémon has officially announced
The Pokémon Company announced Deluxe Pack: Mega as an upcoming Pokémon TCG Pocket expansion. The announcement specifies that each pack has four cards and guarantees one Pokémon ex. It describes the pack as an opportunity to pull rare cards players may have missed, but does not identify every card included.
The announcement also says to watch for more information about the October 2026 update. That signals further details are expected; it does not confirm the full contents of the update or validate other claims attributed to leaks. Read the official Pokémon announcement.
What is known about the October 2026 release

This supports the announced October timing, but it is regional news and does not by itself establish the exact release date or local timing everywhere. Are these physical Pokémon cards?
No: Pokémon TCG Pocket is a digital card game for iOS and Android, and the announced packs are in-game content, not physical booster packs. Pokémon’s official game page describes collecting digital cards and opening booster packs in the app; it also lists two free packs per day and optional in-game purchases.
