What is Pokémon TCG Pocket: Mega Rising?
Mega Rising (B1) is a Pokémon TCG Pocket expansion that introduced Mega Evolution Pokémon ex to the mobile game. It is an in-game digital release, not a physical trading-card expansion. The Pokémon Company International announced a launch time of October 29, 2025, at 11:00 p.m. PDT; that is October 30, 2025, in UTC. The official announcement describes the expansion and its featured Pokémon.
How many cards are in Mega Rising?
Serebii’s 2025 checklist records 331 entries: 226 cards in the numbered sequence and 105 additional secret entries. The total includes entries beyond the base sequence, such as alternate or secret versions, so 331 is a broad checklist count rather than the number of cards in the numbered set.

Mega Rising booster packs
The expansion has three original booster pack choices. Serebii’s checklist identifies them as Mega Blaziken, Mega Gyarados, and Mega Altaria and lists their pack-specific contents. Check the contents against your collection or deck needs before choosing; the set name alone does not mean every card is available in every pack.
Can you still get Mega Rising cards?
Availability depends on the in-game packs currently offered. The official Pokémon TCG Pocket Japan notice announced Deluxe Pack: Mega for September 30, 2026, at 10:00 through October 29, 2026, at 9:59 Japan time. The notice says it reprints many cards from past expansions, including Mega Rising, and includes all four-diamond cards from the covered expansions. Some cards receive new illustrations or mirror-style holographic treatment. It does not say that every Mega Rising card is included. See the official Japan notice for Deluxe Pack: Mega for its schedule and stated scope. As of October 8, 2026, the announced window is still open, with a scheduled close on October 29, 2026, Japan time.
