What is Poppy Playtime?
Poppy Playtime is a horror puzzle-adventure series from Mob Entertainment. Its story unfolds in Playtime Co., an abandoned toy factory inhabited by living toys. The game is episodic: chapters continue the story and are listed as separate downloads rather than one standalone Chapter 5 game.

Do you need the base game to play Chapter 5?
Yes. Mob Entertainment and Steam state that Chapter 5 is an add-on chapter and requires the free Poppy Playtime base game. Download the base game first, then obtain Chapter 5 from the storefront for your platform. Buying the chapter does not mean you are buying the base game or all chapters.
