Lollipop Racing is a motorsport entertainment project that pairs a scripted series with an interactive racing experience. Porsche announced its involvement in October 2024, but the late-2024 pilot mentioned at the time was only a plan. The project’s creator, Feature, later said its short-form Episode Zero launched in November and December 2025 and was streaming online by February 2026.
What is Lollipop Racing?
Lollipop Racing combines fictional motorsport storytelling with a game-like interactive layer. In Porsche’s October 2024 announcement, the planned format comprised ten episodes and ten races set in digital recreations of global cities. Viewers were meant to look for clues in each episode and use them to adjust their strategy for the next race. The announcement described 15 teams, with five teams allocated two Porsche models each.
That was the original concept, not confirmation that the full ten-episode format launched as scheduled. Porsche’s announcement forecast a pilot experience for late 2024; Feature’s later update instead described the release of a short-form Episode Zero in November and December 2025.
What happened after Porsche announced the project?
- October 10, 2024: Porsche Cars North America announced that Porsche would join the Feature.io project. The announcement named writer and executive producer David Ayer and showrunner Marisha Mukerjee, and forecast a late-2024 pilot. Porsche’s announcement
- November–December 2025: Feature later said Episode Zero launched during those months.
- February 18, 2026: Feature said Episode Zero was then streaming on lollipop.racing and the official Lollipop Racing YouTube channel. The company reported more than 16 million views across social platforms; that is Feature’s figure, not an independently audited count. Feature’s Episode Zero update
- May 27, 2026: Feature reported that Bingo Racing partnered with Lollipop Racing for the 2026 SRO Japan Cup, fielding a Lollipop-liveried Porsche 911 GT3 R. The release said the car debuted at Sportsland Sugo on May 16–17, took pole in race two, and then won. Those event details are reported by Feature. Feature’s SRO Japan Cup announcement
Which Porsche cars are involved?
Porsche’s 2024 announcement named two cars: the track-focused 911 GT3 RS and the dedicated race car 911 GT3 R. Feature’s 2026 description specified a 992-generation 911 GT3 RS and a 992.2 911 GT3 R Evo, identifying the latter as the main competition car in Episode Zero.

How does the interactive part work?
The original plan connected the show and races through strategy: story clues were supposed to inform viewers’ choices in the next race. In its 2026 description, Feature also listed digital collectibles, behind-the-scenes material, and a strategy-driven racing ecosystem connected to the series. The available descriptions establish the project’s intended interactive elements, but do not specify detailed gameplay rules or technical requirements.
Who are the partners?
Porsche’s 2024 announcement named Mobil 1 as the Official Presenting Sponsor. In its 2026 update, Feature described Porsche as the Official OEM Partner, Mobil 1 as Presenting Sponsor, and MSC Cruises as a global partner. Feature’s May 2026 release added Bingo Racing as the real-world racing partner for the SRO Japan Cup collaboration.
