How to claim a Prime Gaming game
Amazon’s instructions are to sign in using Prime credentials, select the offer’s Claim button and follow the directions displayed for that title. Some offers require linking a game or launcher account; some PC games require the Amazon Games app for installation. Because the November lineup included different storefront routes, use the specific offer’s instructions rather than assuming every game uses one launcher.

How Guardians of the Galaxy and Mafia differed
Both games were in the November 1 PC batch, but they did not share a redemption route. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy was offered through the Epic Games Store, while Mafia: Definitive Edition was supplied as a GOG code. That distinction matters if you are trying to locate a claim: check the account or code route specified for that particular offer.

The November Luna selection was separate from PC claims
Prime Gaming’s November announcement also described games playable through Amazon Luna for members in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands and Poland. It named Jackbox Party Pack 7, Saints Row: The Third – Remastered, Moving Out, Endling – Extinction is Forever, Infinite Minigolf, Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition, XDefiant, Fortnite and related modes, and Trackmania.
This was a separate play-through-Luna offer, not an extension of the 24-game PC claim schedule. The stated countries describe the November 2024 announcement; they do not verify today’s Luna catalog or regional availability. See the announcement for its historical Luna details.
