PS5 editions and features
The US PlayStation Store lists Standard and Deluxe editions. Its product page identifies the game as single-player, supports offline play, and notes PS5 Pro enhancement plus DualSense vibration and trigger effects. These are page details, not a claim that special hardware is required. Store prices and offers can change, so check the current listing for purchase terms.
Digital and physical availability varies by region
The US PlayStation Store page establishes a PS5 digital listing. Capcom’s Japan store separately lists a PS5 Standard Edition with delivery beginning February 27, 2026, and offers PS5 Deluxe and Collector edition choices. That establishes a physical-product option in Japan; it does not confirm stock or identical editions in other countries. Capcom Japan store listing.

Capcom’s dated sales figures
On March 4, 2026, Capcom reported that Resident Evil Requiem had surpassed five million units sold worldwide after its February 27 release. The same announcement put cumulative sales of Resident Evil franchise games above 183 million as of December 31, 2025. The franchise-wide total is not a sales figure for Requiem. - Use the date and platform labels as a quick guide to the twelve games named in the roundup.
- Check the PlayStation Store for your country to confirm a title’s local platform listing and availability; the roundup is not a territory-by-territory official calendar.
- For Bread & Fred, note the specific discrepancy: Push Square labels it PS5, while the UK store page lists PS4 and PS5.
Sony’s February archive does not supply a complete weekly game-release schedule, so it should not be treated as a comprehensive check against the roundup. PlayStation Blog February archive.
