The announcement, dated 7 October 2026, gives the month but no start or end date, and it describes the collaboration items only in broad terms.
What SEGA confirmed
SEGA’s official notice, titled 「NGS ver.2 『ドン・キホーテ』とのコラボ開催決定！」, was published on 7 October 2026 on the SEGA topics page for the game. A press release carrying the same news was distributed through PR TIMES on the same date, and it includes SEGA’s description of Don Quijote as a company.

- Partners: PSO2: New Genesis ver.2 and Don Quijote.
- Timing: November 2026, with no exact dates published yet.
- Confirmed item types: accessories based on the characters Donpen and Donko, plus other collaboration items that include acrylic stands classified as build parts.
SEGA’s Japanese wording reads: 「今回のコラボでは、「ドンペン」や「ドンコ」をモチーフにしたアクセサリーのほか、アクリルスタンドなどのビルドパーツを含むさまざまなコラボアイテムが登場します。」 In English, this translates roughly as: “This collaboration will feature various collaboration items, including accessories based on ‘Donpen’ and ‘Donko,’ as well as build parts such as acrylic stands.” The line is our translation of SEGA’s Japanese text, not an English-language statement from SEGA.
What is still unannounced
The notice is deliberately general. The table below separates what has been stated from what has not, so readers do not fill the gaps with assumptions.

In-game items, not physical goods
The collaboration items described so far are game content. The acrylic stands are listed as build parts, which is the category the game uses for in-game elements, so they should not be read as an announced line of real acrylic products. Nothing in the notice establishes that physical Donpen or Donko merchandise will be sold at Don Quijote stores or anywhere else. If that changes, SEGA would be the authoritative source for it.
About Don Quijote
SEGA’s press release describes Don Quijote as a general discount retailer with more than 540 stores in Japan, carrying food, daily necessities, clothing, home appliances and variety goods. That figure is SEGA’s own description in the 7 October 2026 release, and it describes the retailer rather than the collaboration. It says nothing about how many collaboration items will be available or where.

Treat this as a confirmed partnership with a confirmed month, and nothing more specific. Dates, item names, acquisition methods and regional scope will need to come from a later SEGA update, most likely on the same official topics page where the original notice appeared. Until then, any claim about specific rewards, costs or store availability goes beyond what SEGA has published.
