Ubisoft says credits can take up to 24 hours to arrive. If the transaction completed and the credits are still missing after that, contact Ubisoft Support with a screenshot of the transaction history and the name of the store that processed the purchase.
R6 Credits not showing up: what to do first
- Check whether the purchase completed. Open the transaction history for the store where you bought the credits. A pending, declined or missing transaction is different from a completed purchase whose credits have not arrived. Ubisoft’s R6 Credits guidance recommends checking transaction history.
- Allow up to 24 hours. Ubisoft says it can take up to 24 hours for R6 Credits to be added. This is the stated delivery window; it does not mean every purchase should arrive instantly.
- Contact Ubisoft Support if the credits are still missing after 24 hours. Send a screenshot of the transaction history and say which store processed the purchase. Use the Rainbow Six Siege support page to reach purchase support.

Where R6 Credits can be purchased
Ubisoft identifies the in-game Shop and Ubisoft Store as purchase options. The store you used matters when you contact support: specify it and provide its transaction record. You can review Ubisoft’s information on Renown and R6 Credits.

Credits appear to be missing across platforms
Before reporting a balance discrepancy, confirm that you are using the correct Ubisoft account and check which platform accounts are linked to it. Ubisoft says R6 Credits earned or purchased in-game are shareable across platforms, but not all content carries over. Its cross-platform content-sharing guidance explains the distinction.
What if you can’t buy R6 Credits?
A checkout failure is different from a completed purchase with missing credits. Ubisoft’s 24-hour delivery guidance and request for transaction evidence address the latter; the official sources do not establish one fix for every failed checkout, redirect or payment-authorization error. Check the status shown in the store you used, then use the Rainbow Six Siege support page for purchase-related help. Avoid treating cache-clearing, reinstalling the game or trying a generic payment workaround as a confirmed solution to every purchase problem.
