Check a code through Plarium’s official redemption flow before relying on its reward. The title’s September 2025 date is historical; the code examples here come from a Plarium-owned roundup that displayed an October 2026 heading and a September 17, 2026 update date.

These examples appear in Plarium’s promo-code roundup. The roundup does not establish a verified expiration date for each code or confirm that every account qualifies. Enter a code in the official flow to check whether it is accepted.

New-player and existing-player codes are different
Plarium describes both new-player codes and time-limited codes for existing players. New-player offers have tighter account restrictions; the roundup above does not confirm a current list of active existing-player codes. Check official RAID announcements and the redemption page for campaigns applicable to your account.
- Some codes are limited to campaign dates, so an otherwise valid-looking code may have expired.
- New-player codes must be redeemed within 72 hours of account registration, and the device must be unique.
- Only one new-player code can be activated per account.
- A code can be redeemed once per account. Codes are case-sensitive.
- Plarium’s support FAQ allows up to five activation attempts per hour and requires a 24-hour wait after redeeming one code before activating another.
These limits and conditions are described in the RAID support FAQ, which does not display a publication date.

How to redeem a code
Use Plarium’s website
- Open the official RAID: Shadow Legends redemption page.
- Find your account User ID in the game under Settings > Info, then enter it on the page with the promo code.
- Confirm the redemption and check your in-game Inbox for the reward. Some skins or skin fragments may go directly to the account instead.
Use the game or Plarium Play where supported
Promo-code entry is disabled in the game on iOS beginning with version 7.10 and on Android beginning with version 11.75, according to the current support FAQ. For those versions, use Plarium Play or the web redemption page. Platform options can change, so consult the FAQ if the game’s menus differ.

- Check eligibility: A new-player code may not be available to an established account, may be past its 72-hour window, or may have already been used on the account.
- Check spelling and capitalization: Enter the code exactly as listed. Plarium says, “Promo Codes are case-sensitive and will not work if entered incorrectly.”
- Check timing: Campaign codes may expire; the roundup does not provide a verified end date for each example.
- Respect attempt and redemption limits: Stop after five attempts in an hour, and allow 24 hours between code activations as specified in the FAQ.
- Check where the reward was delivered: Most rewards arrive in the Inbox, while some skins or fragments go directly to the account.
Plarium says legitimate codes are announced through official RAID channels, Discord announcements, livestreams, collaborations, and creator channels, often around updates, seasonal events, community milestones, esports activities, or promotional partnerships. Use those announcements and the official redemption page rather than treating an undated third-party list as confirmation.
