What Ubisoft’s current claim instructions cover
Ubisoft Help’s cross-ownership guidance, updated August 3, 2026, says to launch both Rainbow Six Extraction and Rainbow Six Siege at least once, use the same Ubisoft account in both games, and link the relevant platforms to that account. To claim an eligible reward, open the game page in Ubisoft Connect PC or its in-game overlay, select Rewards, choose the reward, then select Get it. That guidance names the United Front Bundle. It does not say that Vigil’s Hive Mind bundle is currently available through this process, so treat these steps as general account and claim checks rather than a confirmed Vigil-specific solution.
Check the account and Rewards tile
- Confirm the Ubisoft account. Make sure both games are associated with the Ubisoft account you intend to use.
- Check platform linkage. Verify that the platform you play on is linked to that account.
- Launch both games. Ubisoft’s current general cross-ownership instructions require launching Extraction and Siege at least once.
- Look for the reward. Open the game page in Ubisoft Connect PC or the in-game overlay, then go to Rewards. If Vigil’s bundle is listed as eligible, select it and choose Get it.
- Check the in-game inventory. If Ubisoft Connect shows the reward as claimed, check the relevant in-game inventory before assuming it is still unclaimed.
If Vigil’s bundle is absent or still locked, the general instructions do not establish that you qualify for it or provide a separate claim route.

Do not confuse Vigil’s bundle with the Nomad event reward
Ubisoft’s announcement for the 2021 Containment event says that players who won ten rounds during the August 17–24 event window could earn a free Nomad Hive Mind set. The event itself ran August 3–24, 2021. That announcement documents Nomad’s event reward; it does not establish Vigil’s original unlock condition or confirm that Vigil’s set can be claimed in Extraction today. Ubisoft also described a separate, limited-time United Front offer in 2021. Its conditions should not be treated as proof of how Vigil’s Hive Mind reward worked. Ubisoft: cross-game rewards announcement

Why the reward may appear locked
Players around Extraction’s launch reported that Vigil’s Hive Mind reward appeared locked or could not be claimed, including after they believed they had completed a related Siege event challenge. These are individual player reports, not confirmation of a widespread bug, an official Ubisoft acknowledgement, or the reward’s current status. Player report Player report
The available information does not establish whether Vigil’s bundle is still claimable, has been withdrawn, or can be restored to an account. A physical copy of the game cannot restore a digital account entitlement.

When to contact Ubisoft Support
If the account and Rewards checks do not resolve the issue, contact Ubisoft Support. Include the platform you play on, the Ubisoft account and platform linkage involved, the exact reward name, and any saved evidence that you completed the original challenge or claimed the item. Support may be able to investigate your account, but there is no confirmed promise that an expired or unverified reward can be restored.
