For missing Battle Pass progress or rewards, first check the current season and the reward tile’s unlock or claim status. Ubisoft’s public guidance does not confirm a widespread bug or a single fix for these symptoms.
First, identify what is missing
Renown and Battle Pass progression are different systems. Ubisoft says Renown is earned by playing game modes and matches and spent in the in-game shop; R6 Credits are a separate currency available for purchase. Battle Pass progression comes from multiplayer matches and challenges, while tokens are used to unlock tiles.
That distinction helps narrow the check: a stale Renown balance calls for Ubisoft’s wait-and-restart guidance, while a Battle Pass issue calls for checking the pass screen, season, and relevant tile.
If Renown has not appeared
- Allow up to 15 minutes. Ubisoft Help says Renown can take that long to appear in the balance after it is earned.
- Restart the game if the balance is still stale. This is Ubisoft’s suggested next step, not a guaranteed fix for every account or synchronization problem.
- Check again, then record the details if it remains missing. Note when and in which mode you played, the expected and observed balance, and whether the issue can be reproduced.

If Battle Pass points or a reward are missing
Check progression and the reward tile
Open the Battle Pass progression and reward screen. Confirm whether the expected progress has registered and whether the particular tile is unlocked or still needs to be claimed. Also check whether that tile is free or requires the Premium Pass; a reward that is not included in the player’s pass is different from a missing earned reward.
Confirm the season and its dates
Battle Passes are time-limited, so make sure the pass shown in-game is the one you expected and is still active. Ubisoft’s US Battle Pass page currently identifies the Operation Split Fire pass as running September 1 through December 1. Dates and pass details can change by season; use the live game or page to confirm the applicable dates.

Distinguish points from unlock tokens
Ubisoft’s page uses “Battle Points” for progression earned through multiplayer playlists and Battle Pass challenges, and “Battle Pass Tokens” for the currency used to unlock tiles after levelling. Check which of those values is actually missing rather than treating points, tokens, and rewards as interchangeable. The page’s terminology may differ from what is displayed in the client, so use the current in-game labels when describing the issue.
Ubisoft’s Battle Pass page lists the pass information and progression FAQ. Its Premium Pass listing and other season-specific details are subject to change; buying a pass is not established as a fix for missing progression or Renown.

When to report a persistent issue
If the balance or progression remains wrong after these checks, report the problem through Ubisoft’s Siege bug reporter. Ubisoft asks for enough detail to reproduce and assess a bug, including what you expected, what happened, any workaround, and supporting evidence such as screenshots or video.
- Platform and relevant account context
- Approximate time and mode of the match
- Expected and observed Renown, Battle Points, tokens, or reward
- Steps that reproduce the issue, if known
- Any workaround tried and whether it changed the result
- Screenshots or a video showing the discrepancy, if available
Submit the report through Ubisoft’s bug-reporting guidance. The support material says submitted reports can be tracked under “My reported issues.” The Rainbow Six Siege Support page is the official entry point for further help.

Is this a confirmed widespread Siege bug?
The available official Ubisoft pages explain Renown timing, Battle Pass progression, and how to report bugs; they do not establish that reports of missing points or Renown describe a current widespread defect, or identify a cause. Individual player reports and suggested explanations should therefore be treated as unconfirmed, not as an official diagnosis of any account.
There is no evidence in those official sources that reinstalling the game, changing local or cloud saves, buying a pass, or using third-party cleanup software fixes this specific problem. Stick to the supported checks above and report persistent symptoms with evidence.
