Attach the platform and release to any score you cite or use when deciding what to buy.

Features and controls
Multiple reviews note that online multiplayer is absent from the Switch release. That matters if multiplayer is part of what you expect from the game; do not assume the feature set is identical across platforms. Start with the platform you will play on, then compare the features and edition contents that matter to you. The original PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 release, Switch, PS4/PS5 compatibility, Xbox releases, and PC versions should not be treated as interchangeable when reading a score or evaluating port-specific strengths and drawbacks.
- Story and world: Look for discussion of the story, atmosphere, and open-world activities; these are recurring strengths in the cited reviews.
- Portability and play feel: If you want handheld play, the Switch has a clear convenience advantage. Consider its controls and the absence of motion controls in light of your preferences.
- Included content: Verify whether the edition bundles Undead Nightmare.
- Multiplayer: Confirm whether online play is available in the specific version; it is absent from the Switch release.
