There are three standard Empty Injectors to find in Resident Evil Requiem’s Care Center: one in the Blood Lab, one in the Records Room, and one in a basement cell. The basement injector is easy to miss: collect it after the cell zombie breaks out and before you place the final Joint Plug. On the highest difficulty, guides report an additional injector in the Kitchen.
Where to find the Empty Injectors
Search the Care Center before progressing beyond the areas tied to its Joint Plugs. Room labels vary between guides; use the names shown in your game when available.
Blood Lab security room
In the Hematology or Blood Lab area, use Level 1 access to enter the security room. The Empty Injector is near the Blood Specimen (Reversible).
Records Room
After obtaining Level 1 access, reach the Records Room through the upper Care Center rooms. Search the room for the second standard injector.

Basement cell near the Joint Plugs
In the basement tunnels or holding cells, a zombie breaks out of a cell. Enter that cell and take the Empty Injector before inserting the final Joint Plug. Advancing the Joint Plug sequence may close off the area, making this injector missable.
Kitchen on the highest difficulty
Guides report an additional Empty Injector in the Kitchen on the highest difficulty. Sources use both “Madness” and “Insanity” for this difficulty; check the label displayed by your game rather than assuming those names refer to separate modes.

How to craft a Stabilizer or Steroids
Empty Injectors are crafting items for two upgrades: the Stabilizer and Steroids, as VGC guide author Dave Aubrey describes them. First analyze the Blood Specimen (Reversible) to unlock the recipes. The Overdrive Manual in the Parlor increases Blood Collector capacity, which can help meet the recipe requirements.
Published guides do not agree on a universal blood cost. Game8 gives 110 units for either result, while other guide material reports different amounts or thresholds. Use the cost shown in your current in-game recipe; do not rely on one figure as universal.
