Alyssa Ashcroft
Alyssa is Grace’s mother. PlayStation identifies her as a Raccoon City survivor who worked as a reporter during the original outbreak and continued investigating Umbrella afterward. She was murdered at the Wrenwood Hotel, the place Grace later investigates.
