To get the secret Antique Coin in Resident Evil Requiem, unlock the Care Center’s West Wing Parlor, shoot 29, 15, or 7 on the roulette table, then spin the wheel. The coin appears if the ball lands on the number you shot.
Where to find the roulette table
The roulette Easter egg is in the Parlor in the Care Center’s West Wing. You need the Red Jewel to open the room.
Unlock the Parlor
- Reach the Chairman’s Office in the Care Center’s West Wing.
- Take the Unicorn Trinket Box and obtain its Red Jewel.
- Use the Red Jewel on the Unicorn Door to enter the Parlor.
How to solve the roulette puzzle
- At the roulette table, shoot one of the marked numbers: 29, 15, or 7.
- Spin the wheel and wait for the result.
- If the ball lands on the number you shot, listen for the sound cue and collect the Antique Coin from the table.
The reward is available only once. A miss can be retried. To avoid spending ammunition on repeated attempts, save before shooting and reload after a miss; this is a resource-saving option recommended by the guides, not a guaranteed behavior across every platform or game version. Game8’s roulette wheel guide and GameWatcher’s puzzle guide agree on the target numbers and shot-then-spin method.
