The listed ways to obtain it are buying it from one of five merchants or earning it through one of two quests.
What does the Ring of Accrual do?
Its in-game description reads: “A ring imbued with power. Slightly increases the maximum amount of weight that the wearer can carry.” The item guide does not give a numeric increase, so the size of the bonus cannot be specified from the available item details.

All vocations can equip the ring. Its listed weight is 0.01, its buy price is 6,500 G, and its sell price is 1,800 G, according to the ESO UI Wiki item guide. Prices and routes may vary by game version; check the current game before relying on them.
Where to get the Ring of Accrual
Buy it from a merchant
The item guide lists these merchants as sellers:
- Bjorn’s Armory in Vernworth
- Bodas’s Armory in Bakbattahl
- Celeste’s Smithy in Checkpoint Rest Town
- Runne’s Apothecary in Melve
- Eldart’s Apothecary in Sacred Arbor
These locations are guide-reported rather than firsthand verified. If a shop does not have the ring in your current save, check another listed merchant.

Earn it through a quest
The item guide also lists An Unsettling Encounter and The Ornate Box as quest reward routes. For The Ornate Box, its walkthrough says Sven awards the ring after you buy the box for him and meet him again at the Vernworth fountain. The guide lists the box at 1,000 G, or 800 G after completing Medicament Predicament, and says Sven’s rewards arrive over successive meetings. Lending Sven gold instead leads to repayment in gold rather than the Jasper and ring, according to the quest guide.

The ring overview characterizes the Accrual’s carry-weight increase as slight and the Ring of Profusion’s as moderate. These are qualitative descriptions, not stated numerical bonuses; the sources do not establish whether equipping multiple rings stacks their effects.
