When did the giveaway end?
GameGrin reported that both games were available to claim from 4 p.m. BST on August 7, 2025, until 4 p.m. BST on August 14, 2025. That was a limited-time promotion, not a continuing offer. GameGrin’s dated report covered the promotion at the time.

Epic Games Player Support explains that free promotions have a limited duration and that a game must be claimed within the period shown. If you missed this giveaway, the games will not be added to your library through that expired offer; watch for future promotions instead. See Epic’s guidance on claiming free games.
How to check Epic’s current free games
Visit Epic’s Free Games page to see what is being offered now and the claim period for each title. Epic’s support guidance says its weekly free game is available each Thursday at 8 a.m. PT for seven days, and that claiming requires an Epic Games account with two-factor authentication enabled. Check Epic’s claiming instructions and the current store listing for details, since offer mechanics can change.

What are Road Redemption and 112 Operator?
The pair offered very different kinds of play. 112 Operator is an emergency-services management simulation from developer Jutsu Games and publisher Games Operators. You manage emergency response and dispatch decisions. Road Redemption is motorcycle combat racing from developer and publisher Pixel Dash Studios, built around leading a biker gang on a cross-country journey.
