Roblox Premium is no longer available to new subscribers. Roblox ended new sales on April 30, 2026. Existing members may keep their plan and some benefits, but anyone who cancels cannot resubscribe. For players looking for a current subscription, Roblox Plus is a separate product—not a renamed Premium plan—and its benefits and pricing are different.
What was Roblox Premium?
Roblox Premium was a recurring membership that provided a monthly Robux allowance and other benefits. It is now a legacy subscription: Roblox says it stopped being available for purchase on April 30, 2026. There is no current official signup route for a new Premium membership. Which Premium benefits remain for existing members?
Roblox changed Premium benefits on May 30, 2026. Members who keep an active subscription retain benefits according to their plan, with some features limited to particular tiers.
- Monthly Robux: Existing members continue receiving the monthly Robux stipend for their plan.
- Trading and resale: Roblox’s Premium notice says existing members retain access to trading and resale. The current general trading help page separately lists an active Plus subscription among its requirements, so eligibility can depend on the account and region; check what is available in your own account.
- Publishing avatar items: Only existing Premium 1000 and Premium 2200 subscribers retain the ability to publish avatar items and keep them on sale.
- Benefits that ended: The 10% bonus on additional Robux purchases ended, and Roblox removed the Premium logo.
Roblox’s current trading guidance describes eligible trade items as Roblox-created Limited and Limited U items. Limited U items have a fixed number of copies and unique serial numbers. Trading also requires the relevant trading and inventory settings to be enabled; Roblox says it is currently unavailable in South Korea. Roblox Support: Trading on Roblox

How much does Roblox Premium cost now?
There is no new Premium price to quote because Roblox has closed new sales. The official pages cited here do not provide a complete current price list for every legacy tier, region, payment channel, or subscriber renewal. Roblox says Premium 1000 and Premium 2200 members still pay the lowest price for their monthly Robux allotment, but does not list all legacy tier amounts on its Plus information page. If you are an existing member, check Settings > Subscriptions and your renewal receipt for your actual plan price. Do not treat old Premium prices found elsewhere as an offer you can currently buy.

What happens if you cancel Premium?
Roblox warns that a canceled Premium subscription cannot be restarted. Its benefits continue until the end of the paid period, but after cancellation you cannot resubscribe to Premium. Consider that carefully before turning off renewal if you want to preserve your legacy membership. Roblox Support: Roblox Premium Membership
To review a membership, open Settings > Subscriptions to see its renewal and expiration dates. If you bought it on the Roblox website or desktop, use Cancel Renewal there. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google Play must be canceled in the corresponding store settings. Roblox says purchases through its mobile app, desktop app, or website are recurring by default; Windows and Amazon app store purchases are not recurring. Canceled members keep benefits for the remaining paid period, and Roblox states that Premium memberships are non-refundable. Roblox Support: Roblox Premium Membership

Is Roblox Plus the same as Premium?

How do you get Roblox Plus?
Plus is a current subscription option; these steps do not restore or start Premium.
- Sign in to your Roblox account.
- Go to roblox.com/plus or select the Roblox Plus icon.
- Choose the standalone Plus plan or a Plus Robux bundle, then subscribe.
Roblox also identifies gift card credit as a payment method for Plus; that does not make gift cards a way to purchase or restore Premium. Roblox: What is Roblox Plus
Quick Recap
Which option makes sense?
- You already have Premium and want its legacy benefits: Keep the subscription active if you want to retain it; canceling closes the option to resubscribe.
- You want a monthly Robux allowance with a current subscription: Compare Plus 500, Plus 1000, and Plus 2000 by the displayed US web price and included monthly Robux, checking the price shown for your region and payment method.
- You want purchase discounts, private servers, or transfers: Review standalone Plus and its eligibility rules. It does not include monthly Robux.
- You are deciding based on trading: Check account and regional availability rather than assuming that the legacy Premium notice and current general trading requirements apply identically to every user.
