Sacred Bloody Flesh is a consumable in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree that temporarily increases physical attack power and Arcane. While its effect is active, nearby blood loss can trigger an additional attack-power boost. You can find it in Rivermouth Cave and the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, and Bloodfiends are also reported to drop it.
What Sacred Bloody Flesh does

It reports that a blood-loss event within 7 meters while this buff is active triggers a second, 30-second Unique Buff that increases physical damage dealt by 18%. When the extra boost is useful

Rivermouth Cave
Rivermouth Cave is a listed loot area. Eldenpedia says four pieces can be found throughout the cave, while Gamer Guides maps a corpse in the twisting tunnels and three pieces on a throne in a room with Bloodfiends. Game8 also describes collecting the item along its Rivermouth Cave route. Ancient Ruins of Rauh
Eldenpedia lists one piece in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, down an elevator southeast of the Viaduct Minor Tower Site of Grace. Use an area map if you need to pinpoint the elevator or route. Eldenpedia’s item entry
Bloodfiend drops
