The practical route is to unlock Observation on Desert Island, then Armament on Snow Island, and pursue Conqueror at Shibuya Station after meeting its level and Ascension requirements. Costs and prerequisite levels are reported consistently by current guides, but Armament quest counts and some damage and level-cap figures differ, so confirm the live requirements with the NPC or quest text before grinding.

How to unlock Observation Haki
- Travel to Desert Island and find the Observation Master NPC.
- Pay the reported price of 250,000 Cash and 300 Gems. Destructoid and All Things How both report this cost.
- Press H to activate Observation. It automatically evades incoming enemy attacks.
All Things How reports that players begin with five dodges and gain one additional dodge every ten levels, reaching a maximum of ten at level 50. Destructoid and All Things How also report the ten-dodge ceiling. Treat the leveling detail as a guide-reported mechanic and check the in-game display for your current dodge count.
How to unlock Armament Haki
- Go to Snow Island and speak to the Haki Master.
- Pay the reported unlock cost of 250,000 Cash and 250 Gems.
- Complete the Combat-only objectives shown by the trainer or quest text.
- Press G to activate Armament after unlocking it.
Armament quest counts are not consistent across guides
Destructoid reports these three objectives: defeat 150 enemies using Combat, use Combat’s Z skill 65 times, and punch 750 times using Combat. The unofficial Sailor Piece Wiki instead lists 250 NPC defeats, 100 Combat Z uses, and 1,000 punches. All Things How also notes that the totals have shifted without settling on one fixed sequence.

Do not treat either set of counts as guaranteed current requirements. Follow the live quest tracker or trainer dialogue, and verify each objective before committing to a specific grind target. Destructoid reports a level cap of 85 and damage scaling from 25% to 75%; the fan wiki reports the same cap but a 67.5% damage figure. Those damage claims do not match, so the exact scaling should be checked in-game.
Destructoid says Armament color rerolls change its appearance only, not its effectiveness.

Find the Conqueror Haki Trainer at Shibuya Station. Destructoid and All Things How report that you must first have:
- Armament Haki at level 40
- Observation Haki at level 25
- Ascension level 5
- One Conqueror Fragment

Conqueror damage and level reports conflict
Destructoid’s March 30, 2026 guide reports a permanent 25% damage boost. All Things How’s June 15, 2026 guide and the Sailor Piece Wiki’s March 15, 2026 guide report a maximum level of 35 and a 35% boost at that level. Because those published values disagree, the exact cap and bonus are not established consistently; rely on the live game’s trainer or Haki status display for the current figure.
