How do Combat Scrolls and techniques work?

What is the story?
The game draws on Japanese mythology. Susanoo challenges Yamata-no-Orochi, the eight-headed dragon, in an effort to save Kushinada. After losing his power, he must fight through Nakatsukuni and regain his strength before facing the dragon again.

A Steam Community announcement describes it as a deckbuilding autobattler planned for Steam in 2026, but does not give a precise release date.
