Sí: puedes conectar dos televisores a una Xbox One mediante un splitter HDMI 1×2, pero los dos mostrarán la misma imagen. Una sola consola no puede enviar una partida o un jugador distinto a cada pantalla.
Qué necesitas
- Una Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One S All-Digital Edition o Xbox One X.
- Un splitter HDMI con 1 entrada y 2 salidas. Debe duplicar la señal; no lo confundas con un switch, que permite elegir entre varias fuentes para una pantalla.
- Tres cables HDMI: uno entre la consola y el splitter, y uno desde cada salida del splitter a un televisor.
- La alimentación del splitter, si el modelo la requiere. Para 4K o HDR, comprueba que el splitter y los cables indiquen compatibilidad con la resolución, HDR y HDCP que quieres usar.
Las variantes de Xbox One envían vídeo por HDMI; el splitter externo copia esa salida para las dos pantallas. La ficha de especificaciones de Xbox One describe la conexión de vídeo de la familia.
Cómo conectar la Xbox One a dos televisores
- Apaga la consola y ambos televisores.
- Conecta el puerto HDMI OUT de la Xbox a la entrada HDMI IN del splitter.
- Conecta OUT 1 del splitter al primer televisor y OUT 2 al segundo.
- Enchufa la alimentación del splitter si corresponde.
- Enciende los dos televisores y selecciona en cada uno la entrada HDMI conectada.
- Enciende la Xbox y comprueba que ambas pantallas muestran la misma imagen.
La conexión habitual de Xbox One lleva HDMI OUT de la consola a la entrada HDMI del televisor; en esta instalación, el splitter se coloca entre ambos. Este documento describe la conexión HDMI de la consola.
¿Se pueden ver imágenes diferentes en cada televisor?
No. Xbox One tiene una salida HDMI y no genera dos señales independientes. El splitter duplica la salida: ambos televisores muestran el mismo juego, menú y contenido. Si el juego tiene pantalla dividida, la verás dividida en los dos televisores; el splitter no puede separar cada mitad ni convertirla en una vista completa para cada jugador. Qué splitter elegir y qué puede limitar la imagen
Busca un modelo que indique claramente 1 entrada HDMI y 2 salidas HDMI simultáneas. Revisa las especificaciones para la resolución que usarás, HDCP y, si corresponde, HDR10. Si los televisores son distintos, conviene que el dispositivo indique cómo gestiona EDID o las diferencias de resolución. No basta con que la caja diga “4K”: verifica que admite esa señal en ambas salidas a la vez y con el formato de protección y HDR que necesitas.
Cuando un televisor es 4K y el otro 1080p, o uno admite HDR y el otro no, el splitter puede negociar un formato común o limitar la señal a lo que ambos aceptan. Es posible que la imagen termine en 1080p, que no haya HDR o que una pantalla quede sin señal. Xbox recomienda eliminar los dispositivos intermedios durante el diagnóstico de 4K/HDR y comprobar que los equipos de la cadena admitan las especificaciones requeridas, incluido HDCP 2.2 cuando corresponda: guía de Xbox sobre 4K y HDR en Xbox One S y recomendaciones de Xbox para 4K y HDR.

Un splitter activo bien especificado no es una capturadora que procese el juego, pero no se puede garantizar que cualquier combinación de splitter, cables y televisores funcione sin fallos. Cables largos o equipos incompatibles pueden provocar parpadeos, cortes, pantalla negra o problemas de sincronización.
Si un televisor muestra “Sin señal”
- Confirma que ambos televisores estén encendidos y en la entrada HDMI correcta, y que el splitter tenga alimentación.
- Intercambia los cables de las salidas OUT 1 y OUT 2 para comprobar si el problema sigue a una salida o a un cable.
- Prueba cada televisor y cada cable por separado, conectando la Xbox directamente a la pantalla.
- Si la conexión directa funciona, vuelve a colocar el splitter y enciende ambos televisores antes de iniciar la consola.
- Retira temporalmente receptores AV, barras de sonido y capturadoras. Usa cables más cortos para descartar problemas de distancia.
- Si la señal directa funciona pero la del splitter no, prueba una resolución menor. En Xbox One S o X, desactiva temporalmente 4K o HDR para comprobar si la cadena de vídeo es el problema.
Si la Xbox tampoco da imagen conectada directamente, el splitter no es la causa inmediata: revisa el cable, la entrada del televisor y la salida de la consola.

Sonido y conexión a otra habitación
El audio HDMI también puede llegar a los dos televisores, pero el resultado depende de los formatos que acepten las pantallas y de cómo gestione el audio el splitter. Para aislar un problema, prueba primero con el audio integrado de los televisores y sin receptor AV o barra de sonido; añade esos equipos después.
Para dos televisores cercanos, dos cables HDMI conectados al splitter suelen ser la instalación más sencilla. Si el segundo está en otra habitación, considera un cable largo, un extensor HDMI sobre cable de red o un sistema HDMI inalámbrico. La distancia admitida depende del producto concreto; extensores y sistemas inalámbricos pueden añadir latencia, compresión o incompatibilidades.

Xbox Remote Play permite jugar desde una consola en dispositivos compatibles, incluidos determinados televisores, ordenadores, teléfonos y tabletas. La aplicación Xbox en televisores es una alternativa distinta: no duplica físicamente la salida HDMI.
