What kind of game is Second Stone?
Second Stone is a colorful action RPG built around two fully playable parallel realities. You play as Shiren, a young treasure hunter searching for his lost spirit guardian while the Light World and its dangerous mirror, the Shrouded World, face a collision. The game combines fast movement, three-dimensional platforming and real-time combat. Official descriptions highlight fluid traversal, environmental puzzles and magic-based battles. Talent and build customization

Lost Labyrinths
The Lost Labyrinths are procedural dungeons designed for repeatable rogue-like runs. Their layouts and challenges are intended to vary between attempts, with Depth Bosses providing major encounters as players push farther. The available information does not specify how many labyrinths or depth tiers the finished game will contain.
Mana Clash

How the two worlds may affect play
Shiren can switch between the Light World and Shrouded World while exploring an interconnected overworld. Because each reality is fully playable, the intended design is for world switching to open or close routes, alter environmental puzzles and create different combat opportunities. Elemental combinations and platforming are likewise tied to how players read each space, rather than treating the second world as a simple alternate level set.
A Gamescom preview independently noted the combination of 3D platforming, two-world exploration, elemental interactions, roguelike dungeons and the card game. It also cautioned that the finished release will need to make these many systems work together coherently. That is an important expectation for the demo: it can show the direction and feel of the game, but it cannot establish the final scope, balance or campaign length.
