Where to get Shadow Sunflower Blossom
You must own Shadow of the Erdtree to access the weapon. Defeat the Scadutree Avatar at the Scadutree Base, then exchange the Remembrance of the Shadow Sunflower with Enia at Roundtable Hold. Infusion and reinforcement
Shadow Sunflower Blossom cannot be given a different Ash of War. It uses Somber Smithing Stones for upgrades through +9; reaching +10 requires one Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. Game8’s weapon guide lists the skill and upgrade materials.

The in-game description reproduced by the Elden Ring Wiki calls it the head of a “monstrous shadow sunflower manifestation of the Scadutree,” while allowing that it might simply be a flower wielded as a weapon. It describes a second stalk winding around the first in an embrace.
