In Borderlands 2’s optional Safe and Sound mission, give the pictures to Moxxi for the unique incendiary Heart Breaker shotgun, or to Marcus for the Lucrative Opportunity relic, which speeds up shop timers. The turn-in selects one of these mission rewards, so choose according to whether you would rather have the shotgun or the relic’s vendor-timer effect.

When do you make the choice?
Marcus offers the optional Safe and Sound mission after the relevant story progress. You search for his safe around Sanctuary Hole and the Caustic Caverns, then collect the pictures inside. When you turn in the mission, both Marcus and Moxxi want them; choose the recipient whose reward you prefer.
Can you get both rewards from the turn-in?
No. The pictures go to one recipient, and that turn-in awards either the Heart Breaker or Lucrative Opportunity. The available evidence does not establish how these rewards scale across every game mode, so the choice is best made by comparing their item types and effects rather than assuming one is universally stronger.
