Is Silent Hill 2 Remake available on Xbox Series X|S?
Yes. Konami announced that SILENT HILL 2 is now available on Xbox Series X|S, and the Xbox Store has an official product listing. Konami’s announcement and the Xbox Store listing confirm the platform. Check the store for current edition and purchase details.

Is a Nintendo Switch 2 version confirmed?
No Switch 2 edition is confirmed in the official sources checked. Bloober Team’s game page lists PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, and the checked Konami announcements and franchise portal do not announce a Switch 2 version.
That is a status check, not proof that a port will never happen: platform plans can change, and an official page may be updated later. Treat claims that a Switch 2 release is imminent as unverified unless Konami or Bloober Team announces it.

Where did the remake launch, and what changed?
Konami’s original release announcement named PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, with an October 8 release date. Konami later announced Xbox Series X|S availability. The remake revisits the psychological horror game first released in 2001.
It also changes how the game is played and expands parts of the original:
- The original’s fixed-camera viewpoints are replaced with an over-the-shoulder camera.
- Explorable areas are expanded, and combat is revamped.
- Cut-scenes are added.
These features are described in Konami’s release announcement and its official product page; the Xbox listing also describes the camera change and expanded environments.
