Where the Sakura puzzle fits
The Sakura challenge is the third stage of the Secret Box at Ebisugaoka Middle School, after the sweet-and-tart fruit round and the journals round. Read the letter or clue for the current stage before adjusting the box: the third-round wording is “Sakura in Full Bloom.”
Use the cherry blossom branch in bloom as the visual target. A flower-shaped mark by itself is not enough to identify the intended symbol.
Secret Box Sakura answers by difficulty
These positions refer to the movable rows on Side 1 and Side 2. The labels follow the position naming used by the solution guides.

On Lost in the Fog, “white” means the lighter movable pieces and “brown” means the darker movable pieces. Puzzle difficulty is separate from action difficulty; choose the row of the answer table that matches the puzzle setting.
Step-by-step: solve “Sakura in Full Bloom”
- Reach the third Secret Box round. Complete the fruit and journals stages, then read the letter or clue for the next round.
- Identify the blossoming cherry branch. Use the Sakura clue to distinguish the target from other flower-like symbols.
- Set Side 1 and Side 2. Apply the positions in the table for your puzzle difficulty. For Lost in the Fog, distinguish lighter white rows from darker brown rows.
- Check the displayed symbol and confirm. Make sure the arrangement shows the blossoming sakura branch, then submit the arrangement.
What solving the round unlocks
The reviewed step-by-step guide reports that a successful solution opens the box and awards the Second Floor Classroom Generic Key.

Konami lists Silent Hill f for PS5, Steam, and Xbox Series X|S. Konami’s November 13, 2025 patch notice covers an update and its changes, but does not state that this Secret Box solution changed. Its listed build numbers should not be treated as current in 2026 without a newer official notice.
