Where to find the three Cogheart Pieces
The pieces are in three separate areas. Use these landmarks to locate each puzzle room:

- Choral Chambers: west of the tall room that leads to The Slab.
- Whispering Vaults: in a room below the entrance to The Stage.
- Memorium: east, in the room above the map room.

Bell orders for each Cogheart puzzle
Listen to each bell sequence, then strike the numbered bells in the same order. The numbering below runs left to right, except in Memorium, where the bells are numbered up to down. A failed round resets that round, according to the Hollow Knight Wiki.

After collecting all three Cogheart Pieces, combine them to make the Cogheart. Take it to Cogwork Core and use it on the Second Sentinel. The Hollow Knight Wiki identifies activating the sentinel as required to participate in the Final Audience Wish.
