Epic’s six-game Batman giveaway was a limited-time promotion in September 2019, and its claim window ended on September 26 that year. The bundle brought together three LEGO Batman games and three entries in the Batman: Arkham series; it is not an active offer today.
What was in Epic’s Batman giveaway?
Epic Games Store announced the promotion on September 19, 2019, as part of the 80th-anniversary celebration it referenced in its announcement. Epic said, “To celebrate, we’re offering six Batman titles for free this week in the Epic Games store.” The claim period ended September 26, 2019, at 10:59 a.m. EDT. Read Epic’s announcement.

Stuff described the Arkham games as combining action, stealth, and puzzle-solving in its 2019 report. |
How did the games differ?
LEGO Batman
The trilogy offered the more playful option, with comic presentation and superhero adventures across its three titles. Stuff’s description is an editorial characterization from 2019, not a new hands-on assessment.
Batman: Arkham
The Arkham collection took a more action-focused approach, combining stealth and puzzle-solving, according to Stuff’s description. Its three games were Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Knight.
#1 Best Overall
- Batman: Arkham Collection brings you the definitive versions of Rocksteady's Arkham Trilogy games, including all post-launch content, in one complete collection.
- Experience two of the most critically acclaimed titles of the last generation - Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, with fully remastered and updated visuals.
- Complete your experience with the explosive finale to the Arkham series in Batman: Arkham Knight.
Who could claim the games?
Stuff reported that the 2019 giveaway was PC-only and that Xbox and PS4 owners were excluded from those freebies. That statement applies to this specific Epic promotion, not to every edition of these games or their availability on consoles at other times.
Can you still get the games for free?
No—not through Epic’s 2019 promotion. Epic’s announcement explicitly set September 26, 2019, as the end of the free claim period. It was a dated giveaway, not a permanent free-games offer.
Rank #2
- Become Gotham City’s ultimate protector across the iconic Batman: Arkham Trilogy.
- Experience Rocksteady Studios’ critically acclaimed gameplay and AAA original storytelling across all 3 games, PLUS all DLC, in one complete package.
- Some features may require an internet connection and an online subscription.
Where can you get them now?
Epic’s current listing for Batman: Arkham Knight identifies it as a Windows game for purchase. That is a paid option, not a continuation of the old promotion. Check the live store listing for current price and availability; the listing does not establish where all six games can be bought today.
