If Skate says “all missions completed” but you expected more missions, fully close the game and launch it again, then check the Missions tab. That was the main workaround reported by TechRadar in September 2025; it refreshed the mission list for the author, but it is not a guaranteed fix or confirmation of the issue’s current status.
How to refresh the Missions tab
- Completely close Skate. Exit the game rather than only returning to its title screen.
- Launch Skate again. The reported workaround was to reopen the game after closing it.
- Open the Missions tab. Check whether the available missions have appeared. TechRadar’s Jake Green reported that the list refreshed after relaunching, but that is an individual result, not a confirmed fix for every player or platform.
The September 2025 report described the issue on PS5, Xbox and PC, but did not give platform-specific restart instructions.

Check the in-game Skate store
TechRadar also suggested opening the in-game store to see whether any rewards are waiting to be claimed. Treat this as a secondary check: the source does not establish that unclaimed rewards cause the “all missions completed” message, or that claiming them restores missions.
Consider progression unlocks
In a Steam discussion opened on 16 September 2025, players also talked about unlocking neighborhoods and challenges. Those comments are anecdotal, but they point to a useful distinction: a mission may be missing because the display needs refreshing, or because the content a player expects is not yet unlocked or currently available. The discussion does not establish that Skate missions are generally time-gated.

What the 0.29.1 update does—and does not—confirm
Skate 0.29.1 patch notes list fixes for related mission and challenge tracking problems, including the “Crew Challenges and You” mission sometimes not being marked complete. They also mention a challenge completion issue and a crash during mission progression. The notes do not identify the exact “all missions completed” Missions-tab message as fixed, so they should not be treated as confirmation that this symptom was resolved.

The cited sources do not establish the technical cause, whether the issue is still reproducible on the current build, or a present-day official resolution. The available advice is chiefly from September 2025. If restarting and checking the store do not help, the evidence here cannot determine whether the problem is a display issue, progression state, or a change in the currently available missions.
