If South Park: Phone Destroyer shows a connection error or an “invalid battle result,” first check Ubisoft’s service-status page, then try only the troubleshooting steps that fit your problem. Ubisoft’s published game-specific advice covers startup and account access—not invalid battle results—and the available sources do not confirm why that message appears or whether a PvP result can be restored.
What an “invalid battle result” means—and what is known
Players have used the phrases “connection error” and “invalid battle result” in community posts, including Reddit reports from 2023. Those posts document player wording, not a confirmed cause, current frequency, or Ubisoft diagnosis. Ubisoft’s Phone Destroyer Help Center provides game-specific support categories, but no surfaced article explains the invalid-result message.
There is no established answer in the available official guidance for why a result is rejected, whether a particular match result will later be restored, or whether an outage is happening now. Don’t assume a result will be recovered or that Ubisoft will compensate you.

Look for a service notice
Check Ubisoft’s service-status and connectivity page for a relevant notice. It is general Ubisoft guidance, not confirmation of Phone Destroyer battle-service status; no broad notice does not prove that this game’s services are working normally.

If the game will not start or your account is missing
The Phone Destroyer startup FAQ says to check that your device is supported and that you are signed into the same Game Center or Google Play Games account previously linked to the game. This advice addresses startup and account continuity, not invalid battle results. The FAQ was reported as last updated roughly 1,651 days before the research crawl, so it should not be presented as recently revised.
How to test a possible connection problem
Ubisoft says general connectivity issues can have multiple causes, including an internet service provider and how connection speed is shared. Its detailed troubleshooting sequence is written for PC, not specifically for Phone Destroyer on mobile. A router restart or trying another network can be treated as a diagnostic experiment, but neither is a confirmed fix for this game’s battle errors.

- If you choose to test network conditions, try one change at a time—such as restarting the router or using a different network—and see whether the behavior changes. Treat the result as a clue, not proof of the cause.
- If the issue persists, contact support with the details below rather than repeatedly changing settings without a way to compare results.
What to include in a support request
Ubisoft’s bug-reporting guidance recommends information that helps explain and reproduce a problem. For a battle-result error, include:
- When it happened, including date and time.
- The match mode and what happened immediately before the message appeared.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Steps that reproduce the issue, if you can identify them.
- Any workaround you tried and whether it changed anything.
- A screenshot or video of the error, if available.

Use the Support button in the game’s settings, or visit the South Park: Phone Destroyer Help Center. If you are dealing with a startup or account-continuity problem, mention whether the device is supported and whether you used the previously linked Game Center or Google Play Games account. For an invalid battle result, describe the match and attach evidence; the published startup FAQ does not promise a battle-result fix or recovery.
