1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesIn WoW Classic: Season of Discovery, Staff of Jordan is listed as a level-35, Bind on Equip two-handed staff with +11 Intellect, +11 Spirit, and up to 26 spell damage and healing. The available listing identifies it as a Phase 2 item, but does not verify how to obtain it or whether it is currently available in-game.
Staff of Jordan stats and requirements
Wowhead’s Classic item listing labels Staff of Jordan as Season of Discovery Phase 2 and gives it an item level of 40. Its listed attributes are:
- Type: two-handed staff
- Required level: 35
- Binding: Bind on Equip
- Intellect: +11
- Spirit: +11
- Spell effect: “Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 26.”
These are database-listed item properties, not results from an independent in-game test. The “up to 26” wording describes the listing’s spell damage and healing effect; it is not a claim of measured performance for a particular character.
How to get Staff of Jordan in Season of Discovery
The item listing does not establish a current acquisition source. It does not verify a drop, dungeon, vendor, or auction-house route, and Bind on Equip by itself does not confirm that the item is presently obtainable or circulating in Season of Discovery. Check the current game client or an up-to-date item database before planning around a specific source.

How it compares with a leveling alternative
A Season of Discovery Phase 2 leveling guide lists Prophetic Cane among Scarlet Monastery quest rewards. That establishes its reward context, but the guide does not provide a direct comparison with Staff of Jordan’s stats or acquisition effort. See the Level 40 Gearing and Professions Guide.
To decide between weapons, compare the required level, spell damage and healing, Intellect and Spirit, how difficult each is to obtain, and what your character does. The available information is not enough to call either staff best-in-slot or universally better for a class or specialization.

What the Phase 1 staff list can—and cannot—confirm
Wowhead’s Classic Staves – Classic PTR index lists Season of Discovery Phase 1 staff options. It does not verify Staff of Jordan’s source or current availability, so it should not be used to infer either.
