To complete the Investigate the Central Valley Facility rumor in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, talk to Turgle in Pyloon’s Saloon on Koboh, reach the facility near the stables, ride the lift down, and follow the corridor to the panel at the end of the walkway. Interact with the panel to finish the early rumor.
How to complete the Central Valley Facility rumor
- Get the rumor from Turgle. Speak to Turgle in Pyloon’s Saloon on Koboh and finish the conversation. He gives the rumor that may appear in your objectives as “Investigate the Central Valley Facility.”
- Go to the facility near the stables. Leave the saloon and follow the route toward the facility entrance in Rambler’s Reach Valley.
- Take the lift down. Follow the path to the lift and stand on it to descend. There is an optional chest in the cavern below; reaching it requires climbing down the wall, and it is not needed to complete the rumor.
- Follow the interior corridor. Continue through the facility toward the large chamber. A Sense Echo is along the way, but collecting it is not required for the objective.
- Interact with the panel. At the end of the walkway, use the panel to complete the rumor. This is the endpoint of the early visit described in Game8’s walkthrough.
Why the facility may not open further
The early rumor visit and the later Koboh Control Center sequence are separate stages. If you reach the facility early and cannot continue into the broader facility sequence, that does not mean the panel objective is broken or that you missed a hidden entrance. The later sequence is tied to story progression: Game of Guides describes a Control Center segment where Cal fights enemy waves and activates a console, which automatically completes the rumor. What completing the rumor gives you
Game8 lists no reward for the rumor itself. The chest in the cavern below the lift is separate optional loot, not the quest reward. Do not expect a collectible, upgrade, or currency payment for activating the walkway panel.
What the rumor is about
The clue refers to Turgle’s account that he found “the tech that brought the Raiders down upon him in a facility at the heart of Rambler’s Reach Valley,” as reproduced by Push Square’s rumor guide. That story clue points to the same Central Valley Facility objective.
