When did Jedi: Survivor release on PS4 and Xbox One?
Both editions became available worldwide on September 17, 2024. EA’s August announcement said pre-orders were open and listed a suggested retail price of $49.99 for the PS4 and Xbox One editions. That is the publisher’s announced price in 2024, not a current retail price.
Pre-orders placed before launch were eligible for the Hermit Cosmetic, Hermit Lightsaber Set, and Combustion Blaster Set. Those were launch-period promotional bonuses; the announcement does not establish that they are available now. How did the console release compare with the original launch?

The PS4 and Xbox One versions brought the sequel to earlier console hardware after its debut on newer consoles and PC. EA described the last-generation editions as optimized for that hardware, but did not provide frame-rate, resolution, or other platform-by-platform performance figures in its release announcements.

What did EA say about the last-generation editions?
In its September 17 release-day notice, Electronic Arts said: “The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor have been optimized for the previous generation’s console hardware, letting even more players across the globe experience a galactic epic set in the beloved Star Wars galaxy.” The notice also identifies the game as a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order: Cal Kestis returns as a more experienced Jedi Knight, facing the Empire and a mysterious threat from the galaxy’s distant past.
