Jet Kordo’s Legacy is a seven-vault treasure hunt in Star Wars Outlaws: complete the first Toshara vault, track down five more vaults across Kijimi, Tatooine, and Akiva, then return to Toshara for the finale. Each route uses the same core loop—find a holodisc, tune the Holotracker at a Jet Kordo symbol stone, follow its directional beeps to the hidden entrance, and insert the disc. The middle vaults can be tackled in different orders, but the first and final Toshara vaults are sequence-bound.
How to start Jet Kordo’s Legacy
Progress through the Toshara main quests and meet ND-5 as required by the story. Then interact with the Holotracker aboard the Trailblazer to begin the quest. The first vault is on Toshara, and completing it opens the wider hunt.

This walkthrough follows the route and prerequisites described by PowerPyx’s September 5, 2024 walkthrough, with the overall six-vault structure also reflected in Prima Games’ vault overview. Navigation descriptions are guide-based; use the named landmarks and your in-game map to orient yourself.
How the Holotracker loop works
- Get the vault’s holodisc. The source differs by vault: it may come from a clue chain, a merchant, a game, or an encounter.
- Find and interact with the Jet Kordo symbol stone. This tunes the Holotracker to the corresponding vault.
- Follow the signal. The tracker gives directional beeps, not a conventional map marker. Move around and adjust your heading as the signal changes until you locate the hidden entrance.
- Insert the matching holodisc. Some vaults have an additional entrance puzzle or traversal step before you can use the disc.
All vault locations and holodisc routes
The first six vaults are spread across four planets. The table summarizes how to obtain each disc, the key gate or entry mechanic, and the listed reward. The final Toshara vault follows after all six.

Step-by-step route through the seven vaults
1. Toshara: open the first vault
- Go to the Jet Kordo symbol stone near Typhon’s Rock and interact with it.
- Follow the Holotracker’s beeps to the Amberine cave. Keep adjusting your direction as the signal changes rather than looking for a vault marker.
- Insert the disc at the entrance, descend the ladder, and open the chest.
This first vault is the required opening step; the other five initial vaults become the flexible portion of the hunt.
2. Kijimi: Sheltered Vault
- Speak to both NPCs connected to the disc before starting the nearby Sabacc game.
- Win the game to obtain the holodisc through that clue chain.
- Tune the symbol stone opposite the Sabacc location, use the tracker to locate the vault, climb up, and insert the disc.
3. Tatooine: Buried Vault
- Collect the clue from NPCs in Mos Eisley and Wayfar.
- Search northwest near the Pillar Forest for the cave holding the holodisc.
- Tune the symbol stone south of the cave, then follow the tracker southwest to the buried structure.
- Shoot the fuse and use the vent to get inside; insert the disc to access the vault.
4. Tatooine: Perched Vault
- Unlock the Slicer expert quest for Aila Bren before attempting this route.
- Follow the clue chain in Bestine to the bandit camp.
- Clear the camp, slice the pad, and take the holodisc.
- Tune the nearby symbol stone, follow the Holotracker, and use the mountain route to reach the vault.
5. Akiva: Overgrown Vault
- Speak with the Myrra contact to learn about the disc.
- Buy the holodisc from the merchant north of the starting location.
- Tune the symbol stone, track down the entrance, and open the vault with the disc.
6. Akiva: Forgotten Vault
- Listen to the Myrra NPCs, then approach the Hutt smuggler with the disc.
- Obtain it by stealing with Nix’s help or by killing the smuggler.
- Complete “Viper” if you have not already; the water-capable speeder is needed for this route.
- Use the speeder to reach the small island and tune its symbol stone.
- Follow the signal to the cave, use the speeder to enter, and jump across the broken bridge.
- Insert the disc. Once the chest is opened and the turret activates, get behind it and use the control to disable it.
7. Toshara: return for the final vault
- After the first six vaults are complete, visit the Trailblazer workbench and collect ND-5’s tinkered holodisc.
- Return to the original Toshara vault and insert the new disc into the second door.
- Open the final chest to finish the quest.
What to know about order and progression gates
- Sequence: Toshara’s first vault comes before the other five; the final Toshara vault unlocks only after those six. The middle vaults can be completed in different orders.
- Perched Vault: The Slicer expert quest for Aila Bren is a progression requirement, not merely a shortcut.
- Forgotten Vault: Completing “Viper” is necessary to use the speeder on water and reach the cave route.
- Reward hunt: The listed rewards include three Scoundrel Gear pieces across the Toshara first vault and both Tatooine vaults, plus collectibles, ship and blaster items, a paint job, and the final charm.
