When did Stardew Valley 1.6 come to console and mobile?
The announced release date was November 4, 2024. ConcernedApe posted the date on September 22, 2024, writing that “the console and mobile ports of the 1.6 update will be released on November 4th, 2024.” The announcement also specified that those ports would launch as version 1.6.9, which was expected to come to PC around the same time.

This is a past release date, not a pending one. On November 4, the official Stardew Valley forum confirmed that version 1.6.9 was out for console and mobile. The administrator cautioned that the update might take a little while to show up on a device. The launch-day post linked to the 1.6.9 and full 1.6 changelogs.
Why did console and mobile players wait?
PC players received the 1.6 update first. On March 19, 2024, ConcernedApe announced that 1.6 was available on PC and said the console and mobile updates were still in active development, without giving an estimate. That PC announcement explains why players were waiting for a firm port date.

Which consoles and mobile devices were included?
The September date announcement and November availability notice refer to “console and mobile,” but do not provide a complete list of console models or mobile operating systems. They establish the general platform availability, not a definitive compatibility matrix for every device.

No. The announced port version was 1.6.9. A later official blog post reports that a February 2025 patch addressed console issues and brought console content in sync with the latest PC content at that time. That historical update does not establish the current version on every platform. The official blog includes the February 12, 2025 post, titled “1.6.15.1 Patch for Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch.”
