What did the debut trailer reveal?

Complete the introductory main-story mission “One Small Step” first. After that, the first grav-jump to an orbit not already used by a mission or encounter triggers a distress call and leads to the star station The Oracle. Bethesda said any player could take on the challenge, while recommending level 35 for the best experience. Level 35 is advice, not a required level gate.
