The Economic Times reported rounded PAT of ₹18 crore versus ₹10 crore and revenue of ₹129 crore versus ₹113.5 crore, broadly consistent with Business Standard’s more precise figures. It also reported that steam supply volumes rose 11.52% sequentially. Its reported 24.05% margin and 700-basis-point improvement are not detailed here because the margin definition was not established in the coverage reviewed.
What does Steamhouse India do?
Steamhouse India generates and distributes industrial steam. Its model uses community boilers and pipeline networks to supply industrial customers. Business Standard says the company was established in 2014 and served more than 167 clients across chemicals, textiles, pharmaceuticals, food processing, paper and manufacturing.

How did the company explain its operating performance?
Business Standard reported that Steamhouse attributed revenue growth primarily to a 46.07% year-over-year rise in steam sales. The company also credited EBITDA performance to optimal use of waste-to-energy boilers and operating leverage from higher steam sales. These are company explanations relayed by the report, not independently verified causes.
The coverage also described inflationary pressure and higher coal prices amid geopolitical uncertainty. Steamhouse said it maintained steam margins through a mechanism that passes coal-cost changes to customers. The Economic Times reported that the mechanism operates under steam supply agreements; their contractual terms were not independently examined.

When did Steamhouse India list?
Business Standard reported that the shares debuted on the NSE on September 17, 2026, at ₹94.50, compared with an IPO price of ₹81. Those listing figures provide context for a newly listed stock, but one debut and one later session are not enough to establish a valuation or future performance.
