In Star Trek Fleet Command (STFC), Lost Hostiles are found in the Delta Quadrant. Start at the Border of the Alpha Quadrant, which Scopely lists for Operations level 26 and above; the Depths of the Delta Quadrant opens at level 34 and contains more challenging Lost Hostiles. Some systems are hidden behind mission or coordinate progression, so reaching Delta Space does not guarantee that every destination is immediately visible.
Where Lost Hostiles are located
Scopely places Lost Hostiles in two Delta Quadrant areas. The Border of the Alpha Quadrant contains Lost Hostiles abducted by the Caretaker, while the Depths of the Delta Quadrant contains more Lost Hostiles from the Caretaker’s experiments. These are regional descriptions, not a complete list of system names or hostile levels.

How to reach Delta Quadrant systems
Some Delta Quadrant systems do not appear as immediately accessible destinations. Scopely says certain routes require particular missions or coordinates. The support page names “Waste Management” in Think Tank as one mission that reveals routes, and “Commiseration” in Eviloy as pivotal to deeper exploration; neither is presented as a universal requirement for every Lost Hostile system.

Progress through bio-hostiles for coordinates
- Use the USS Voyager’s ability to reveal bio-hostiles in the Delta Quadrant.
- Defeat bio-hostiles to earn loot chests, which can contain random quantities of Delta Quadrant Coordinates.
- Use coordinates as part of hidden-system and route progression. Scopely does not say coordinates directly locate every Lost Hostile system.
- Higher-level bio-hostiles provide greater rewards, and Neelix can reduce the cost of summoning them, according to Scopely’s Delta Quadrant Coordinates guide.
The guide describes defeating bio-hostiles as “The main method for collecting coordinates.” This progression loop can help open more of Delta Space, but it is not an exhaustive route map to Lost Hostiles.
Lost Hostiles Hunt event timing
A February 2026 interim schedule listed “Quark’s Lost Hostiles Hunt – SMS” for Wednesday, February 25, for Operations levels 20–50. The excerpt says the Solo Milestone scores by destroying Lost Hostiles. This is a dated schedule entry, not confirmation that the event is currently active or will return on the same day or cadence.

Scopely’s December 3, 2024 event-schedule announcement describes a revised rotation of 12-hour daily Solo Milestones cycling over four days, with requirements varying by Operations level. Because schedules and event requirements can change, check the live in-game event panel before spending time or resources on a hostile grind. The official material available for the dated 2026 entry does not establish current point values.

Scopely’s cited pages do not provide an exhaustive list of Lost Hostile systems or levels, current loot tables, recommended crews or ships, exact event point values, or a current Lost Hostiles Hunt schedule. Avoid treating a player-reported system name or an old event date as authoritative current guidance; use the live map and event panel for what is available to your account.
