Check the live Steam listing before installation because requirements and supported-platform information can change. The Steam store page says that up to four friends can work in the store together in real time. Co-op activities include stocking, checkout, online orders, deliveries, cleaning, pricing, and expansion. The game does not need a rigid role system for this to be useful: practical teams can divide work by workflow.

Steam metadata marks controller support as full. Patch 1.5.0 also added controller vibration, which can be adjusted or disabled in Settings. Compatibility can vary by device and current build, so do not assume that every controller model will behave identically.
Patch 1.5.0 added a customizable Snap/Grid System for more precise furniture placement, along with rendering optimizations and controller vibration support. The developer warned that some existing furniture could overlap or clip after the update and might need to be repositioned. The update history also includes UI changes, bug fixes, and work on storage and restocker behavior.
Optional controls for a Windows setup

Steam says the game is uninstalled even though files exist
Confirm that Steam is looking at the correct library folder. Steam Support recommends adding the correct library folder or beginning the installation process so the client can rediscover existing files.
