The game is a single-player, first-person open-world RPG developed by Questline and published by Awaken Realms. Which trophies are missable?
Some objectives depend on one-time interactions, quest decisions, or faction outcomes. A community walkthrough warns that missing certain objectives can mean reloading an older save or beginning another campaign. It also says its route earns all achievements in one playthrough, but that claim accompanies a 60-achievement list and should not be treated as a guarantee for today’s 65-achievement Steam list or console versions.
- Prologue letter: the walkthrough associates Forged in Loss with finding a letter in the Asylum prologue and delivering it later. If you leave without collecting it, the reported remedy is an earlier save or another campaign.
- Caradoc decision: No Chains, No Destiny is tied to killing Caradoc, making this a choice to consider before resolving that encounter.
- Croakmaw interaction: the guide says The Cost of Curiosity requires petting a Croakmaw before killing it. Killing the creature first forfeits that opportunity.
- Act 2 decision: the walkthrough describes a one-time choice connected to The Sporeborn King. Its dated instructions are not confirmed against the current full list.
- Act 3 faction outcomes: And My Axe! is associated with getting all Dal Riata tribes to join the moot. The route covers the Volker, Sveinn, Theud, and Ulfr tribes.
These are reported opportunities from the community walkthrough, not an official, maintained missable-achievement checklist. Before a major decision or one-time interaction, keep a manual save if the game allows it.

Story and faction achievements
The walkthrough groups eleven achievements under story progress, from meeting Arthur in the prologue through finishing the game. Names it identifies include The Fate of the Horns, The Audience, Chains or Freedom, Strider, Shadow of the Giants, and King of Avalon. These are useful signposts for progression, but the guide’s total is stale: it describes 60 achievements, while Steam currently lists 65.
Several other achievements are attached to faction questlines. The community guide connects The Spark of Creation with completing the Alchemy Guild quests, Fate of the Crows with the Children of Morrigan storyline, and The Stonewarden with that faction’s questline. For branching outcomes and major character choices, consult the current in-game journal and save before committing; the walkthrough’s sequence may not reflect later patches or DLC conditions.

Steam’s achievement listing includes these activity thresholds. They are cumulative targets rather than one-off story choices, so they can serve as a practical progress checklist while you play.

Does the list include DLC?
“Complete” can mean the base-game list or every achievement tied to additional content. Steam presents Sanctuary of Sarras and other DLC separately. The official PlayStation Store lists a PS5 Standard Edition and also shows an Excalibur Edition and add-ons; the official storefront describes the Excalibur Edition as bundling the base game, expansion, soundtrack, artbook, and additional content. Store availability and edition contents can vary over time and by region. Check the platform’s current achievement or trophy list to confirm the scope you want to complete.
