Who made the game?
Rebel Wolves is the developer’s correct name; “Rebel Moons” in the supplied headline is not the studio name used by official materials. The Blood of Dawnwalker is the studio’s first game. At launch, co-founder and game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz said, “Today, there are 160 of us,” describing the team at that time—not a current headcount. Bandai Namco also described the game as having launched after over four years of development, a publisher-reported duration. The launch announcement provides both details.

The story takes place in 14th-century Europe, in Vale Sangora, a fictional region in the Carpathian Mountains. Coen is caught between human and vampire nature as he fights to save his family from Brencis, a powerful figure in the region. Rebel Wolves’ game overview describes the setting and premise.
How do day and night affect gameplay?
Coen is human by day and vampire by night. The developer presents the cycle as more than a cosmetic change: each side brings different strengths and weaknesses, shaping how players explore, approach quests and fight. Its gameplay materials describe traversal, directional combat, magic and vampiric powers as parts of that toolkit. Bloodlust and its consequences
The developer says Coen can satisfy his bloodlust with blood from defeated enemies, villagers, animals or special vials. If he leaves the craving unmet, his abilities and vitality weaken; he may also lose control, potentially killing an important story character. That makes the hunger a choice with both combat and narrative stakes, rather than simply a vampire-themed resource meter. Does the story have a complete ending?
Bandai Namco says Coen’s conflict with Brencis has a definitive ending and is not designed to stop on a cliffhanger. Rebel Wolves has described The Blood of Dawnwalker as a self-contained story while also framing it within a wider saga that could visit other periods, places and cultures. The publisher has not given a release date for another installment. The saga statement distinguishes this game’s conclusion from the broader series plans.
