This spoiler-inclusive guide covers the route through the Doctor’s Headquarters in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 4 – Safe Haven: the battery maze, the Doctor encounter, the Omni-Hand upgrade, and the return to Safe Haven. The Headquarters follows the Doctor’s Domain. Instructions below are guide-reported rather than firsthand tested.

After completing the Doctor’s Domain, continue to the large elevator that takes you to the Headquarters. Enter the building and approach the computer. A cutscene follows: a henchman knocks you down the stairs, and you fall through a trapdoor into the battery maze. This sequence is described in Hold To Reset’s Doctor’s Headquarters guide.

Solve the battery maze
You land in a central caged safe area containing four computer consoles. Each console needs a battery found somewhere in the surrounding maze. Explore the maze’s branches, collect batteries, and bring them back to the central area to power the consoles.
The available guide establishes the four-console objective but does not give enough reliable detail to specify every battery’s exact location or a precise branch-by-branch route. Follow the maze paths and check each area thoroughly rather than relying on an unverified placement list.

Confront the Doctor
Once all four consoles are powered, proceed from the maze into the Doctor encounter. The encounter is part of the progression toward an access card and the hand-upgrade machine. A chapter walkthrough covers the broader sequence, but the available instructions do not establish a verified, step-by-step boss strategy or precise timing. Avoid assuming a particular tactic is guaranteed across platforms or game versions.
Optional: visit Sawyer’s Office
The Headquarters guide marks both the Sawyer Office Key and the visit to Sawyer’s Office as optional objectives. This is a side path, not a requirement for the core progression to the Omni-Hand. If you want to explore it, follow the key and office prompts available in your game rather than delaying the main route to search for an unconfirmed key location.
