Reach level 10, complete Sensei Moro’s tutorial series, and enter the Forgotten Kingdom. Find the Goblin King at Goblin Camp, complete his five paid requests for 75,000 gold and the listed gems, then collect the Goblin Cave Key and use it on the stone door beside him.
Requirements before the Goblin King appears
- Be at least level 10.
- Complete Sensei Moro’s tutorial series to unlock the Forgotten Kingdom.
- Bring enough gold and the required gem ores for all five requests.
PC Gamer’s guide identifies level 10 and the completed tutorial series as the progression requirements. Once the Forgotten Kingdom is available, travel toward Goblin Camp.
Where to find the Goblin King
Follow the route into Goblin Camp. The Goblin King is near the Runemaker and Enhancer, with goblins guarding the approach. Speak to him to begin the sequential questline.
All five Goblin King requests
The payments below are listed by PC Gamer. Each request must be completed in order; the fifth is the one that produces the cave key.

What is inside Goblin Cave?
Crystals and Slimes
Goblin Cave contains mineable crystals and Slime enemies. Prepare for combat while searching the passages, and bring the equipment you normally use for mining.
Tomo’s lost cat
Enter the cave, cross the bridge, and continue through the waterfall. At the back, walk into the apparently solid wall; it is an illusory wall that conceals the cat.

Quick troubleshooting
- The Goblin King is unavailable: confirm that you are level 10 and have finished Sensei Moro’s tutorial sequence, then return to the Forgotten Kingdom.
- You cannot open the door: finish all five requests and pick up the dropped key; the door is in the alcove to the king’s right, not at the camp entrance.
- You cannot find Tomo’s cat: cross the bridge, go behind the waterfall, and walk directly into the rear wall rather than looking for a visible doorway.
- Your character cannot fit through the opening: the passage may restrict larger races, according to guide-reported behavior that could be patched.
