The Forge’s private servers are no longer merely a future feature: a community-maintained update log says they became available on December 13, 2025, and lists a price of 100 Robux per month. That is a reported price, not a verified current setting. Roblox’s platform rules explain how private servers generally work, but they do not confirm The Forge’s current price, eligibility, or server restrictions.
What is known about The Forge’s private servers?
The Forge Roblox Wiki’s community-maintained update log lists VIP servers as available starting December 13, 2025, at 100 Robux monthly. The listing does not establish that this is still the live price, and no current official Forge source surfaced to verify the game’s settings.

Before launch, Droid Gamers reported that Forge founder FireAtacck said, “The first update of The Forge is going to include Bosses, Private servers…” That December 10, 2025 report is a pre-launch statement, not confirmation of today’s price or rules. You can read it in the Droid Gamers guide.
Is the listed 100 Robux a monthly charge?
Yes, that is how the community update log describes the reported price: 100 Robux per month. Treat it as an unverified listing rather than a guaranteed current charge. Check The Forge’s live Roblox experience page before subscribing, since the available official Roblox policy information does not confirm the game-specific amount.

Roblox announced changes to private-server pricing on April 22, 2026, with the changes beginning April 30. Creators can update prices every 60 days without canceling subscriptions under the announced process. The same announcement says future group revenue splits apply to new subscriptions and renewals, and regional pricing is enabled automatically. These are Roblox-wide changes; they do not verify what The Forge currently charges or how its servers are configured. Details are in the Roblox Developer Forum announcement.

Roblox announced that Plus subscribers would receive one free private server per game starting September 24, 2026, replacing unlimited access. It also says purchases of creator-priced servers continue through their original payment method. The announcement does not confirm whether The Forge’s current configuration lets Plus subscribers create or join a server under the same conditions as other games. What can a private server be useful for?
Roblox gives playing with friends, holding gatherings, recording or streaming without other players, and collecting in-game resources as examples of private-server uses. Those are general platform examples, not promises about The Forge. The available sources do not establish that a private Forge server improves item drops, prevents exploits, or guarantees a particular gameplay experience.
