In The Forge’s Winter 2025 event, Santa’s Shop was on Frostspire Expanse, and XMas Tickets earned from Santa’s quests were used to claim event rewards. The event dates published at the time do not establish whether the shop is available now or its exact final closing time.
Where Santa’s Shop was located
Santa’s Shop was reported on Frostspire Expanse, The Forge’s third island. The guides said players needed to be level 70 or higher to reach the island, and placed Santa on a festive boat by the docks near the spawn area. See the Pro Game Guides location and access guide and All Things How’s XMas Tickets guide.

What XMas Tickets were for
XMas Tickets were event currency, not a physical product or a general Roblox currency. Santa’s quests awarded tickets, which players could spend on event rewards. The Forge’s BETA blog also describes a winter island with exclusive items purchased using event Tickets.
How players earned tickets
Santa offered quests tied to fighting, mining, and forging. Completing quests earned XMas Tickets; the guides do not provide enough verified detail to state specific quest requirements or ticket payouts for each task. The All Things How guide covers the quest categories.

What the Santa Shop offered
Reported reward categories included potions, totems, race rerolls, weapon blueprints, and limited pickaxes. Pickaxes and weapon blueprints are progression-oriented virtual rewards; potions, totems, and race rerolls serve as consumable or utility rewards. The available source details do not establish item stats or prices, so they cannot support a ranking of individual purchases.
Winter 2025 event dates and availability
A guide published on December 30, 2025 advertised the event as running from December 25, 2025 through January 1, 2026. A later entry in The Forge BETA update log says the Christmas Event was extended around January 10 by about two days. These reports do not reconcile into a verified final closing time, and they do not show that the shop or tickets are available now.

The update log separately says ticket vouching would be available for 14 days. That duration applies to the vouching note in the update; it should not be treated as proof that the shop remained open for the same period.
