The Apple App Store lists an iOS version, describes offline play and includes paid content. Those details apply to that listing and can vary with region or future listing changes. How do you control the bike and get three stars?
A secondary game reference gives these keyboard controls: up to accelerate, left and right to balance, and down to brake. Controls can differ across editions, devices and portal builds, so check the instructions shown in the version you launch.
For the mobile version, the listing frames three stars around completing courses quickly. The Pool Party page specifically says flips affect time performance in that edition.
